Dear Mr Castle,

I am writing to request an internal review of House of Commons's
handling of my FOI request 'Paul Burstow MP Communications with LB
Sutton and/or Community Schools in regard to increasing form entry
in Sutton Primary Schools'.

I appreciate that you claim;

"Information held by individual MPs is not subject to the FOI Act
and the House of Commons does not otherwise hold or have access to
information of this nature."

I cannot however accept that engaging in a meeting with a Public
Authority would not be recorded in some format by a Member of
Parliament or their staff.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Yours sincerely,

James Martin
