Dear Sir or Madam,
For the calendar year 2008, please supply:
1) the total number of parking penalty charge notices issued by
council officers to vehicles bearing a registration from the Isle
of Man
2) the number of those penalty charge notices for which enquiries
as to the registered keeper of the vehicle were not successful
3) the number of those penalty charge notices which have not been
paid
Vehicle registrations from the Isle of Man have three-letter
sections of either MAN or XMN, where X may be any letter of the
alphabet.
