I have today recieved a letter from GCC cancelling a ticket due to my appealing to SPAS. There has been no 'new' information, they had the same facts when I responded to their original ticket (in January).
A good question to ask them is; How many PCN's did GCC cancel or abandon after the involvement of SPAS, in 2006, 2007, and 2008.

Further information required: the scope of your request does not identify the nature of the information you have requested, or the time period to which the enquiry relates. That said, your original complaint does not specify any particular timeframe for the requested information, and as such may be rejected by GCC as too time-consuming to compile.
