Dear Sir or Madam,
This is a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act.
I am writing to you to request that you disclose all documentation
pertaining to the discussion, grounds for and subsequent decision
to designate the corner of Devonshire Terrace and Kensington
Terrace especially on the side of the corner closer to the Cassie
Building as a 'No waiting at any time' (also known as 'double
yellow lines') zone.

Dear Sir,
I refer to your recent request, under the Freedom of Information Act, for
documentation regarding the introduction of No Waiting At Any
Time restrictions on Devonshire Terrace and Kensington Terrace.
These restrictions were introduced as a consequence of the City Council,
acting as Highway Authority, making a Traffic Regulation Order creating a
new "Controlled Parking Zone". This Zone replaced the previous "City
Centre Meter Zone Order" which had been in place since the 1960's.
The background to this change and details of the consultation processes
undertaken are outlined in the attached reports. A copy of the legal
notice that was placed on the affected streets, in accordance with the
appropriate legal processes is also attached, together with the
recommendations of the Traffic Regulation Advisory Panel who considerd the
objections received to the proposals.
I trust that this information satisfactorily addresses your request,
