Mr Ovens has clarified this to the last 10 years or 5 years if possible.

I would like to know how much central Scotland police took in from
parking fines and speed camera fines in Clackmannanshire? could you also
tell me where this money goes?

Response : Central Scotland Police Force do not derive any direct income
from the issue of fixed penalties or parking fines. Payment for all
penalties issued by the police is administered by Scottish Courts and
the requested data may be available from the Scottish Courts Service. Part
1, Section 17, 1 (b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
requires Central Scotland Police to advise you that we do not hold the
information you have requested.

The issue surrounding any receipts from Conditional Offers will be a
matter for the Crown who would be able to assist you into where the money
goes. Central Scotland Police do not take in any money for such
penalties. The payment of all Parking fines and Conditional Offers is
administered by the relevant court and your enquiry should be directed to
them for this data.

Police forces in the United Kingdom are routinely required to provide
crime statistics to government bodies and the recording criteria is set
nationally. However, the systems used for recording these figures are not
generic, nor are the procedures used locally in capturing the crime data.
It should be noted that for these reasons this force's response to your
questions should not be used for comparison purposes with any other
response you may receive.
