Dear Freedom Of Information Team ( IND ),
Thank you for your response.

Does this mean that the UK Border Agency has no means of
ascertaining how many foreign students overstay their student
visas, and do not return to their country of origin.

Yours sincerely,

Bradley Roberts

Dear Goddard Sarah,

Thank you for your reply. I was unaware that the UK Border Agency
and the Home Office was one and the same
body or one was part of the other.

However, do I take it that no government department has any figure
for the number of overseas students who fail to return to their
country of origin when their student visas expire, and 'vanish' or
fail to complete courses and also 'vanish.

This is a serious question, and would appreciate a reply.

Yours sincerely,

Bradley Roberts
