Dear Sir or Madam,

Under the terms of the above act, I and others wish to ascertain
the exact amount of UK taxpayers funds (purportedly foreign aid)
which have been transferred to allegedly third world countries in
the year 1 January 2007 - 31 December 2008.
This figure should consist of each and every payment made, and the
appropriate countries of deposits made
