Dear Mr Lister
Thank you for your request of 12 January from WhatDoTheyKnow under the
Environmental Information Regulations, which has been passed to me to
reply by Bournemouth and West Hampshire Water.
Unfortunately, Bournemouth and West Hampshire Water are a water supply
only company and do not provide sewerage services. Wessex Water and
Southern Water are the two companies that provide sewerage services in the
Bournemouth and West Hampshire area.
You have requested information about overloaded sewers but it is unclear
what information you are requesting. Please could you provide specific
details of your request so we can address your query more accurately.
I look forward to hearing from you. A copy of our Code of Practice for
Enquiries and Complaints can be found on our website link,
[1]http://www2.wessexwater.co.uk/customers/..., for
information.
Yours sincerely
Ruth Steinhausen
