Dear Sir or Madam,
I refer to my previous FOI request, 'Criminon (Scientology)', dated
Feb 3rd, which you can find at:

You have not provided a reply to my query, and the statutory
deadline for your response expired some time ago.
While I am aware that Stephen Payne is on extended leave, it would
perhaps be considered good practise to pass his unfinished work
over to another person, rather than simply ignoring it.
