The extract from the ledger showing --L-670 indicates that this is a
payment into our account, as it is a credit to Chorley Council.
With regard to a copy receipt, whilst a receipt may have been issued to
the payee, it is not common practice to keep a copy, as our financial
system would be the record of payment.
Under Part 1, Section 1 Subsection 1(a) of the Freedom of Information Act
2000, Chorley Council has a duty to inform the requestor whether
information is held or not.
Therefore no information is held by Chorley Council regarding a copy
receipt.
