Dear Mr Taylor,
re: Freedom of Information request - correspondence concerning previous
Freedom of Information request concerning Osborne House Conservation Plan
Thank you for your email of 30 September 2009 which has been passed to me
for reply. In your email you have asked for copies of all communications
between myself, Sophie Houlton and any third parties regarding the Freedom
of Information request, concerning the Osborne House Conservation Plan,
made by yourself on 30th June 2009. You have asked for all communications
dated between 30th June 2009 and 30th September 2009.
I can confirm that English Heritage holds information that falls within
the ambit of your request and I am pleased to be able to provide you with
copies of these documents. Please note that your request has only been
discussed internally within English Heritage. While your request has been
discussed no notes of these conversations are held and I am therefore
unable to provide you with any information in relation to these
conversations. You will notice that page 8 of the attachment is blank; I
have provided to you it for sake of completeness - the pages of email
chains are numbered and it is the fourth and final page of a chain.
Please note that English Heritage has received two requests concerning the
Osborne House Conservation Plan and the information that I have removed
relates to the other request.
Looking through the attached documents I have noticed that Tracey Wahdan
does not have an email signature; she is EH's Visitor Operations Director
for the South East.
I hope that the information that I have been able to provide is helpful to
you. If however, you are unhappy with the response that you have received
you may ask for an internal review. You should contact: Mr Mike Harlow,
Legal Director, English Heritage, One Waterhouse Square, 138 - 142
Holborn, London, EC1N 2ST
If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: The
Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow,
