2 February 2010

Dear Carl Wiper,

Your response to my request has now exceeded the statutory 20
working days.

By law, Bolton should normally have responded
promptly and by the 1st February 2010 at the very latest.

Neither have you indicated whether an exemption
applies that would allow you to exceed the statutory
limit.

I would be grateful if you could do the following:

(a) Please acknowledge this communication,
(b) Explain why my request has been delayed,
(c) Tell me when I can expect to receive the
information I have requested.

Yours sincerely,

E S Bhatti

If I get no remedy from your complaints procedure
I will then lodge a complaint with the Information
