Dear Sir or Madam,
I am trying to obtain any information you may hold, including the
home address, telephone number and any other relevant contact
details for the current operator of Texas Chicken 58 Bradshawgate
Bolton BL1 1DW, who I believe to be a Tahir Patel or his brother
Salim Patel aka Salim Mohammed.
I would be particularly interested to learn which one of these
individuals were reqistered with the council as the operator on the
16th Februaury 2009 and if there have been any complaints about the
property or any accidents involving customers on the premises.
