Dear Sir or Madam,

Please could you provide with a list of all public facing council
run service (such as libraries, leisure services, etc). Please can
the list include the full address and postcode, telephone contact
number and opening times of the service. Please could this be
provided in a data format such as CSV or XML.

We do not hold the information you have asked for in the format you have
requested, but details of all services provided by Kent County Council,
how and when these services can be accessed and KCC offices that are open
to the public is already available to you via our website and therefore
falls under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act.
