Old Power Station Oxford: Futures

The request was successful.

Dear Oxford University Fixed Assets Limited,

There is a large building in Arthur Street, Oseney owned by Oxford University. There is a severe lack of accommodation in our city. Do you have any plans to sell it, or redevelop it as student accommodation?

Yours faithfully,

Mike Magee

Dear Oxford University Fixed Assets Limited,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Oxford University Fixed Assets Limited's handling of my FOI request 'Old Power Station Oxford: Futures'.

I asked a question, and didn't get a comprehensive or even a sensible reply.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Dear Mr Magee,

I refer to your e-mail below, expressing dissatisfaction with the
University's original response to your request for information about the
Old Power Station in Arthur Street, Oxford.

On further consideration, I have decided to treat this as a request for
clarification, rather than a request for an internal review. This means
that if you remain dissatisfied, you still have the opportunity to ask the
Registrar to conduct a review.

We would like to clarify our original response by stating that we have no
current plan for the sale or redevelopment of the Old Power Station site.

INTERNAL REVIEW

If you are dissatisfied with this reply, you may ask the University to
review it, by writing to the Registrar at the following address:

FOIA. The Information Commissioner’s address is:
