Dear FOI Team at Derbyshire County Council,
On the 8th October I sent Derbyshire County Council an FOI request.
I then received a prompt reply telling me that it had been passed
on to the correct department. However, the final deadline for an
answer to my request was the 5th November (20 working days).
Therefore, by not giving me a legal reason as to why there is this
delay, Derbyshire County Council are breaking the law by not
replying.
I hope to hear from you soon
Yours sincerely,
Chris Colley
