Dear Sir,
Unfortunately, Nottinghamshire Police is unable to comply with your request.
Under Section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to satisfy Section 8(1)(b) As per the the Information Commissioner's Office guidance, a full and real name must be provided. The Information Commissioner's guidance states that "title and/or first name with surname satisfies requirement for provision of a real name, as does the use by a female applicant of her maiden name".
For example:
" Mr Arthur Thomas Roberts could satisfy 8(1)(b) of FOIA by stating his name in a request for information as "Arthur Roberts", "A.T. Roberts", or "Mr Roberts", but not by stating his name as "Arthur" or "A.T.R."
Please re-submit your request with your full and real name in order that we may comply.
If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards,
Chloe Stark
