NWDA grant funding agreement

Dear University of Liverpool,

In section 207 of the Council Minutes dated 24 June 2009, it was
reported that the Seal of the University had been affixed to the
following list of documents, including number 10457, NWDA Grant
Funding Agreement, Between the University of Liverpool and
Northwest Development Agency.

Unfortunately the University of Liverpool's publication scheme
appears to have overlooked this rich sequence of documents on which
the university seal has been affixed. Therefore under the Freedom
of Information Act 2000 I am requesting:

* a copy of document 10457 (NWDA Grant Funding Agreement)

To save time with the usual exemptions, I would like to point out
that the Northwest Development Agency is also a public authority
subject to FOIA whose commercial interests are very difficult to
prejudice by the mere disclosure of information.
