Thank you for your e-mail dated 23rd August 2010 received in our office on
23rd August 2010, concerning the number of users for Brunel secure bike
park.
I enclose for your attention, the following information.
To date (23rd August) we have received 73 applications from members of the
public to use the cycle park but applications are still coming in daily.
Additionally every staff member of Swindon Borough Council and Capita
Partnership staff is able to access the park via their staff ID badge, and
other key stakeholders (such as the police and town centre management)
have also been given access cards.
If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received in relation to
your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review, you should
contact:

The complaints/review procedure involves a full review and an examination
of all the information by the Council's Monitoring Officer.
If you are not content with the outcome of our conclusion, you may apply
directly to the Information Commissioner's Office for a decision, before
contacting the Council. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless
you have exhausted the Council's own complaints procedure.
