Dear Home Office,
Could you be so kind as to to inform me of the number of reported
crimes of Treason which have been reported within the UK from the
year 1970 up until the present day.
Could you also inform me how many of these reported crimes of
Treason have been investigated and specifically which forces have
investigated them.
I eagerly await your response to this very serious matter.

Dear Home Office,
Please could you inform me as to why this information request has
been delayed.
Treason is a very serious crime - and I am aware of other requests
for similar information being rejected due to the person requesting
the information not providing their full name.
I have however provided you with all necessary details, so
therefore respectfully request you obtain the information required
to satisfy this request as a matter of urgency.

Just a suggestion, it might be worth submitting an identical request to the MoJ... who deal with the courts and prisons etc.

Treason is a very serious matter, and is a more serious crime than murder.
Why would the home office not have details of such serious crimes at hand
I will follow this up at once with a further message to the Home Office and then request an internal review into this matter
