Dear Sir or Madam,
Kindly supply me with:
1 - The total number of individual members of public (if any) that
have reported, with DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE (as in this download
(600MB): [ http://www.megaupload.com/?d=QGYFFSVV ]), the
individuals that made up the HEATH GOVERNMENT and SUBSEQUENT
GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, for the CRIME OF TREASON.
2 - What positive action, if any, by yourselves was taken on
receipt of the said documented proof?
3 - If not taken seriously and dismissed:
a) how far up the chain of command the reported crime go until
enquiries were terminated?
b) what is the name of the public servant that made the decision?
c) what was the reason for the decision?
d) does that public servant still hold his/her position of
authority?
4 - If more than one report has been made to yourselves, was the
same public servant responsible for the decision not to submit the
documented evidence for the prosecution of the criminals.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Keith

E-mail: [Tayside Police request email] for all correspondence
relating to FOI requests
I write to acknowledge receipt of your request for information under the
Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, received 14 May, 2009.
In order to progress your request, can you please provide me with your
full name. Under the terms of the above Act, applicants are required to
provide their name and address for correspondence. In this connection,
I would refer you to the Scottish Information Commissioner's website
which explains this requirement -
http://www.itspublicknowledge.info/yourr...
"Do I have to provide my real name and my full address when I ask for
information?
The Act says that a request must include the name of the applicant and
an address for correspondence. The Commissioner has confirmed that an
e-mail address is sufficient when you are asking for information.
However, if you send your request by email, you must give your name in
the body of the email to fulfil the requirement that the name of the
applicant is given. Even if your name appears in your email address
(e.g. [email address]) you must add your name to the text of your
request, so that it is clear who the email is from.
You must give your real name, as the public authority does not have to
answer your request if you have used a false name or pseudonym. The
Commissioner will not be able to carry out an investigation if he finds
out that you have used a false name.
Also, I note that your request does not include the time period to be
covered.
Under the terms of the Act, as clarification is being sought, your
request will not be processed until your reply, including clarification,
is received. Afterwards, we are required to respond to your clarified
request within 20 working days following the receipt of your reply.
Please note, however, that there may be a fee payable for the retrieval,
collation and provision of the information requested. You will be
advised of this should a payment be required and no information will be
supplied prior to receipt of the fee.
If you require any further information or assistance, please do not
hesitate to contact myself on 01382 596644.
Regards, Norma
