Richard Taylor left an annotation (15 June 2009)

While this response was very helpful I have marked it "rejected" as in terms of the freedom of information act the request appears to have been rejected on the grounds that:

- The number requested was in effect "not held". (The authority does not have to create information / generate statistics in response to a request)

- The information is already accessible
