Try this it looks like the layout of the website has been changed I had
not been informed

http://www.justice.gov.uk/publications/d...

Table 7.1 in OMCS provides a breakdown by custody type, age and gender
(though most of chapter 7 provides variations on these main variables).

Nationality is provided in table 7.14 by country and then by non-British
status as a whole in tables 7.21-7.23.

Tables 9.1 and 9.2 show how long someone has spent in prison following a
discharge from a determinate sentence. Table 9.5 shows how long lifers
have spent in prison following a first release.

Dear Mr Tyes,

I will be conducting the Internal Review of the decision made by the MoJ
about your Freedom of Information request regarding the total numbers of
prisoners remanded in custody awaiting trial.

I have been following the correspondence between Dave Norris and yourself
and I understand that you had some difficulty in accessing the links and
websites that you were directed to as part of the response to your
request. The last e-mail exchanged between you and Dave Norris on the 7^th
April seems to have concluded your request by successfully directing you
to a website/document containing the relevant information. However, an
Internal Review request on this matter had already been lodged by you
earlier that same day (7 April). Could you please confirm whether you
still require an internal review to be carried out in relation to the
decision made by the MoJ about prisoners in custody awaiting trial?

Many thanks.

Yours sincerely,

Hannah Wright
