S. James made this Freedom of Information request to Wolverhampton City Council
Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Wolverhampton City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.
From: S. James
12 August 2009
Dear Sir or Madam,
Under the Freedom of information act please can you let me know the
number of working days lost each year for the past 10 due to
"stress, anxiety and depression". Please also include in your
report the amount of working days which were available for each
year. (Perhaps you have the information already worked out as a
percentage also?)
Also please can you let me know how many employees for each were
retired on the grounds of ill-health each for the past 10 years.
Please separately state dismissals in this as well where ill health
was brought up as a factor.
Yours sincerely,
S. James
