Number of people signed off work with depression

Dear Sir or Madam,

Under the Freedom of information act please can you let me know the
number of working days lost each year for the past 10 due to
"stress, anxiety and depression"

Also please can you let me know how many employees for each were
retired on the grounds of ill-health each for the past 10 years.

Please separately state dismissals in this as well where ill health
was brought up as a factor.

06/07 - 624 days - 1 retired on ill health
07/08 - 1065 days - 1 retired on ill health
08/09 - 643.5 days - 0 retired on ill health
