Dear Richard,
I submitted my original request through the 'What do they know'
site so I do not know which email address was used.
To clarify my request, I would like information for the academic
year 2008-09 and the care plans I am interested in are protection
plans for abuse or neglect. The population I am interested in is
all children living in your catchment area.
Yours sincerely,
Lynn Daley

For attention : Lynn Daley
Further to my email dated 28th July belatedly acknowledging your
original request which we eventually traced, as it had become mislaid,
we have now received a further copy as below. I can assure you that
whilst the matter is now in hand, due to late discovery of the request
within our records we cannot now realistically meet the original
deadline. I anticipate that in the circumstances my colleagues will
provide you with an answer as soon as possible and in any case not later
than would be required for the resubmitted request. Please quote our ref

Dear Dunevia Bakpa,
You say in answer to:
"2. Number of electively home-educated children who have a care
plan in place due to concerns of abuse.
A: Three of the above number has care plans."
Can you say whether these are care plans under s17 or protection
plans under s47, as this seems a very high rate of abuse?
Yours sincerely,
Lynn Daley
