Dear Ms Daley

I am writing in response to your request for information regarding the
number of electively home educated children and young people.

Currently Knowsley Council has knowledge of 6 children whom have been
elected to be home educated.

A further 3 children have just become known to us at the end of the school
term; but we have not yet had formal confirmation from parents/carers of
these children.
