"please confirm whether the question was incorrectly directed to Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals and, if so, update the status of this request so that it no longer shows as being overdue. Alternatively, if you required this information from us, can you please let me know. The Trust does its utmost to respond to all requests within 20 working days and it is very unfortunate that this request is showing as being overdue when it appears neither to have been originally directly addressed to this Trust or received here."
