Dear Sir or Madam,
Re: IMT0938AH (FOI Childrens Services)
To whom it may concern,
I note with concern that I have not received a response to the
above referenced FOI request within the specified 20 working days.
This is in direct contravention of the Freedom of Information Act
2000 (FOIA) which states that: "The FOIA requires public
authorities to comply with requests for information
within 20 working days following receipt of the request"
I trust that you will now give this matter your urgent attention;
suffice to say a tardy response does not encourage a positive
outlook to be taken with regard to any information supplied.
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Howell
