Dear Mr Ward

Here is a joint Sheffield City Council / Sheffield Homes reply to your
Freedom of Information request.

Tony Willcock
Communications Assistant
Sheffield Homes

Number of reports of neighbour nuisance on Palgrave Road from 2000 to 2005
and Phillips Road from 2000 to 2009
Neighbour nuisance may be reported to Sheffield Council's Environment and
Regulatory Services or, if it involves council homes, to Sheffield Homes
which since 2004 has been the ALMO managing council housing in Sheffield.

The houses on Palgrave Road are largely council owned. Phillips Road was
also on a council estate, but in 2006 tenants on that estate opted to
transfer to a new landlord, Pennine Housing. The transfer took place in
November 2006.

This is a joint response from Sheffield Council and Sheffield Homes
covering reports of nuisance made to both organisations during the periods
you requested. It does not include any information from Pennine Housing
for Phillips Road from November 2006. You may wish to contact them
separately about this.

Palgrave Road - 12 nuisance complaints from 2000 to 2005
Phillips Road - 16 nuisance complaints from 2000 to 2009
