For each report to the Secretary of State made under regulation 10
of The Nuclear Industries Security Regulations 2003 could you
please release:
i/ The date of the incident.
ii/ The relevant nuclear premises.
iii/ Which of the categories listed in paragraph 5 of regulation 10
of The Nuclear Industries Security Regulations 2003 applied to the
event.
iv/ The action taken in response to the report.
v/ What classification eg. "serious security event" was given to
the event.
I would like to limit my request to the time period April 2008 -
present.
