Gift: A bottle of Champagne

Value: £30

Purpose: Speaking at a conference

Date gift received: 29/07/2008

The gift was subsequently donated to the Lord Mayor's Charity and an email
from the Lord Mayor was sent to Mr Macartney on 29th July 2008 thanking
him for the donation.
