regarding your request for information regarding the NSRP Audit -
Pro-venture:

On 15 March you requested an internal review because a response to your
request was not provided. I re-sent a response to one of your requests
regarding the NSRP audit, which we processed at about the same time.
However, I then discovered that due to a procedural error, we had not
actually processed the request in question.

In consequence, I am now sending a formal letter of response to your
original request for information about the NSRP Audit - Pro-venture, as
attached, and can only apologise for any inconvenience caused due to this
oversight. It is always our aim to acknowledge and respond as quickly as
possible to all requests for , in keeping with both the spirit and the
letter of the Act.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with our late response or the
