I have looked extremely hard on the Liverpool City Webpage for an
indication of where I would expect to find the Notice of Public
inspection rights (Section 16 of The Accounts and Audit Regulations
2003) for this year.

year?
If the above summary is incorrect or you wish to change any details, let
me know at the earliest opportunity.
A response will be sent to you as soon as possible and in any case within
the statutory deadline which is 20 working days from the working day after
your request was received.
For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions which may
prevent the release of information you have requested. There will be an
assessment and, if any of the exemption categories apply, the information
will not be provided to you. You will be informed if this is the case.

I have at my own expense and time procured and perused copies of
The Echo in the week specified and am unable to locate the Notice
of Public Inspection rights (Section 16 of The Accounts and Audit
Regulations 2003) published by Liverpool City Council for this
year, as I was advised.
As this is now published information (although not accessible to
me), Section 22 exemption does not apply. May I please have the
Notice of Public Inspection rights now?
