Dear Sir or Madam,
hello ive contacted the number which was provided on my last
request regarding my sick pay and said i couldn't find anywhere in
my contract where it contained that i had to undoubtedly have a
face to face with atos origin and do not have the right to withhold
consent.and that i couldn't find anywhere in my contract where it
stated that by not giving consent to atos origin to a face to face
then royal mail can withhold my pay lawfully.
the reply i got was quite disturbing
and that was:
it isn't in the contract signed but it is part of the contract but
wasn't added in with the contract of employment that i signed!
now im requesting for a copy of this document that wasn't in my
contract of employment under the freedom of information act as now
it is coming up to 11 weeks of not having my full sick pay but
luckily this time they have included statutory sick pay.
im facing eviction from my residence due to this and it has added a
considerable amount of stress and placing me in a predicament as
now i cant afford to pay my road fund license either and is a
struggle!

many thanks for your time

Yours faithfully,

mark-william:baker
