Dear FOI Office,
Thank you for your recent response. You ask
"Please provide clarification of what you mean by
"no-strings" donations'."
When I use the term "no-strings donations" I am referring to
amounts of money donated to the university where the donor does not
require the university to provide any goods or perform any services
or provide anything by way of reciprocal benefit in exchange for
the monies donated.
It has been drawn to my attention that, for universities, the year
end is 31 July rather than 31 March. If it would be helpful to you
please consider that my request relates to years ending in 31 July
2003-2009 rather than March as stated in my original
request.
Yours sincerely,
Diane Scott
