NO DEMOCRATIC VOICE !!!

Dear Sir or Madam,
As most of my problems are emanating from LA's & Governmental
bodies who won't deal with discrimination and a lack of democracy
blaming Europe I suggest the PM takes charge to re- establish what
he is supposed to stand for by having multifacetted review NB my
over 30+ requests on mysociety's website whatdotheydoforyou and all
e petitions gone through Cabinet Office to no avail over the last 5
years .By examining my issues the root cause of many others could
be addressed as whole system using out of date research methods ie:
surveys & statistics.

Dear Ms Shrive,

I am writing in response to your email of 1st June; I regret to
inform you that I shall not be considering your request for an
internal review.

May I remind you that the Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives a
general right of access to recorded information that is held by
public authorities. As it stands it is unclear from your emails
what, if any, recorded information held by Lancashire County
Council you wish to have disclosed.

As stated in our email of 1st June (above), Section 1(3) of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 states that a public authority is
not obliged to comply with a request in situations where the
authority reasonably requires further information from the
applicant in order to identify and locate the information that is
being requested.

Until such time as you clarify what recorded information you are
requesting, your request in its current state is not valid and
accordingly you will receive no further correspondence on this
matter.

Dear Sir or Madam,

For a start you are deliberatelky focusing on the LA where second
home is that has set itself up in unfair competition renting to buy
then deliberately targetting absentee landlords allowing letting
agents to commit fraud with no access to Trading Standards or
Police .

The main problem is I am paying a lot of money to not access
services or find issues addressed namely discrimination in many
areas OFFICIAL COMPLAINT ISLINGTON 2001 where they registered me
dishonestly as mentaly rather than physically disabled regarding
mobility issues eg: disabled & PCN issues. Since found directing
GPs via PCT and Social Services to ignore cardiac symptons [ arrest
2 years ago] and protect an Officer never met feeding false facts
to a DLA Tribunal Appeal .
