Dear Royal Mail Group,
Under the FOI Act, could you please tell me what The Royal Mail
''official'' policy is with regards to letter's addressed RETURN TO
SENDER NO CONTRACT ADDRESSEE NOT RECOGNISED. I have been informed
by my local sorting office that letter's addressed NO CONTRACT
RETURN TO SENDER ADDRESSEE NOT RECOGNISED are destroyed.

As far as I can tell from this reply, Royal Mail only return Mail that they are unable to deliver? So are we saying that mail that is successfully delivered (and then subsequently "NO CONRACT" 'ed is returned?
I think I realised whilst I was writing this annotation that they are saying NO mail is destroyed right?
