Sockdip left an annotation (15 June 2011)

Not sure Im crystal clear on this. So, the "NO CONTRACT" 'ed mail does get returned, or doesn't?

As far as I can tell from this reply, Royal Mail only return Mail that they are unable to deliver? So are we saying that mail that is successfully delivered (and then subsequently "NO CONRACT" 'ed is returned?

I think I realised whilst I was writing this annotation that they are saying NO mail is destroyed right?
