Dear Sir or Madam,
in the past week my father has died and only now we found out he
had c-diff,contacted in stirling royal infirmary in central
Scotland,which aparnetly he had first contacted it back in February
in the named hospital we were never told he had c-diff only mention
of it was after he passed away

Health Protection Agency only covers England & Wales for healthcare
associated infection surveillance. The data we collect is for English
