I am unable to respond to your request for the following reasons according
to the information supplied by yourself:

Normally the 20 working days rule apply to respond to an FOI

It is impossible in this case as the information requested cannot even
begin to be processed as the event you are requesting it for does not
happen till way after the 14^th September 2009.

In order for this request to be processed

+ Applications need to be submitted and processed
+ Short listing has to take place
+ The interviews need to take place

None of this will happen until after the closing date as stated in your
request. Closing Date 14/09/2009

Please, if you feel that you would still require this information I would
suggest that you re-submit your FOI request.

However at least allow 3-4 weeks after the closing date for all the
processes to have been completed to enable data to be processed for
providing the requested information.

Hi Charlotte

In reference to your reply to my response to your request under the FOIA

If you read your own notes in reference to the request you will notice
that in blue (Closing Date 14/09/2009 23:30 PM) that you yourself state
the closing date as 14^th September 2009. Hence the job applications will
not be looked at until after this date, the short listing will not happen
till after this date, candidates will be interviewed probably some time
after the short listing , and the candidate will not be known probably
until weeks after.

So would you please tell me how I can produce information that is
non-existent as yet?

You request for data therefore is invalid as the data is non-existent –
it will become available some time after October 2009.
