I am interested in information for the PFI for Newcastle & North
Tyneside - Street Lighting

1. Can you please tell me how many companies submitted an
application for the tender of this PFI?

2. Can you please supply copies of the actual applications each
company made please?

3. Can you please supply me with a copy of the contract signed
between Newcastle upon Tyne City Council and Tay Valley Lighting
(Newcastle North Tyneside) Limited (TVL).

4. Can you please supply me with the council meeting minutes and
reports relating to this PFI project.

5. Can you please supply me with any Business/Case Studies carried
out in relation to this PFI project.
