In line with my current research on the new immigration Point Based
System and its impact, can you please give the details of the
following figures?
1. The amount of applications received for the International
Graduate Scheme (IGS) before its closure from May 2008 to June
2008.
a. How of these applications were successful
b. How many were refused
2. The amount of applications received for the new Tier 1 (Post
Study Work) Migrant under the Transitional Arrangements (only) from
December 2008 to May 2009
a. How many of these applications were successful
i. How many of these application used legal representative.
b. How many were refused
i. How many of these application were refused because of the
maintenance fund
ii. How many of these application were refused Based on Institution
of Study
