Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002

I would like to request information on Glasgow City Council's
policy and process regarding 'New Media' sites such as Youtube and
Twitter, specifically information concerning the amount of
council-tax funds and employee time being spent on maintaining a
council presence on these sites.
