qualifies as a national saving or investment?as im aware that im
entitled to security of a person is this person usable on the
stocks and bonds market?and is this related in anyway to my birth
certificate?

Request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000
Thank you for your email below requesting information about NS&I.
All NS&I Product information including who may purchase an NS&I product is
available on the NS&I Website at

NS&I offer capital security. This means because NS&I is backed by HM
Treasury, any money you invest with us is 100% secure. This information is
available on the NS&I Website at

Under Section 21 of the FOIA we are not required to provide information in
response to a request if it is reasonably accessible to you. The
information you have requested is available on the NS&I website and NS&I
product brochures which are available at Post Office's and WH Smiths
throughout the UK.
Section 21 is an absolute exemption under the FOIA and consequently NS&I
does not need to consider the Public Interest Test concerning disclosure.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
request you have the right to have this decision reviewed within 3 months
of the date of this email, initially by our internal review process and,
if you remain unhappy with the decision, by the Information Commissioner.
