Copies of all written (electronic and paper) agreements (contracts
and emails) which indicate and/or approve a discounted chargeable
rate between the Local Authority Land Charges office for compiled
local search reports and the National Land Information Service
(NLIS) which is now known as Land Data.

I can confirm that there are no agreements with National Land Information
Services/Land Data or their clients to receive any preferential rates or
