Dear Mr Lister,

I am responding to your request for an internal review into the Council's
response to your FOI request in relation to NLIS, now known as Land Data.

I apologise for the fact that the response dated 17 August 2010 may have
been misleading. I have ascertained that there is in fact no agreement
between the above organisation and the Council for a discounted chargeable
rate. Therefore the Council does not hold such information and exemptions
do not apply.

I apologise once again for the confusion.
