Copies of all written (electronic and paper) agreements (contracts
and emails) which indicate and/or approve a discounted chargeable
rate between the Local Authority Land Charges office for compiled
local search reports and the National Land Information Service
(NLIS) which is now known as Land Data.

In response to your request. I have been unable to find an agreement
between the Council and NLIS.
Within the attached report to the Cabinet Member for Corporate Services
of 21st January 2003 in respect of Local Land Charges fees there is
reference to a discounted arrangement with NLIS in place. A copy of that
report is attached.
