Copies of all written (electronic and paper) agreements (contracts
and emails) which indicate and/or approve a discounted chargeable
rate between the Local Authority Land Charges office for compiled
local search reports and the National Land Information Service
(NLIS) which is now known as Land Data.

Under the FOIA I wish to request the following information –
Copies of all written (electronic and paper) agreements (contracts
and emails) which indicate and/or approve a discounted chargeable

I can confirm that the Council does not hold any information as described
in your request. We do not offer a discounted service for compiled
searches to any of our customers.
