William Hopkins made this Freedom of Information request to Hampshire Constabulary
The request was successful.

I am making a Freedom of Information Request for all of certain
information that I believe you may have on the following:
The National Attendance Management Forum met or meets at the West
Midlands Police Tally Ho! training centre. Hampshire Constabulary
has sent delegates to meetings. For example, a meeting held on 12th
October 2004 was attended by Steven Beards, Head of Occupational
Health and Welfare and Graham Love, Personnel Service Manager.
I would like a copy of any document relating to any meetings of the
National Attendance Management Forum held between January 2002 and
August 2004. In particular I would like a copy of any minutes,
reports, notes made by the delegates, etc. As I do not know what
documents or other forms of information may be available I am
relying on Section 16 (1) of the FOIA, which places a duty on a
public authority to provide advice and assistance, and ask that you
treat this request as widely as possible and include rather than
exclude information that may be relevant. If you need any
clarification please contact me.
In this context, documents should include anything stored on
digital media, including email. Please reply to the email address
given and provide any documents in any standard digital format.
Yours faithfully,
William Hopkins
