Could you please advise me who has been the lead clinician for
Myalgic Encephalopathy/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome since November
2007. If more than one person has held this position then please
provide me with details of all clinicians. If there have been gaps
then please advise me when these were and the reasons for the gaps.

as a general practice condition so there is nobody in the hospital who
